Ingredientes

  • 1 cup Sourdough starter active
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg , beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanille Zucker
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon , Optional

Instrucciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, and milk until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Stir in the beaten egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form; then flip.
  5. Cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
