Traditional french bread
Ingredientes
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs , beaten
- 2 tablespoons Crème Fraîche
- 1 packet Yeast , dry
- 500 gramm Flour
- 100 gramm Sugar
- 10 gram Salt
- 75 gramm Butter
- 1 packet Vanille Zucker
Instrucciones
- MIx dry ingredients
- Mix the rest of ingredients and add to the flour
- Work into a soft dough
- Let rise for 1 1/2 hours until doubled in size
- Form the bread an put into pan
- Le rise again and bake at 180 degrees
