Traditional french bread

Ingredientes

  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs , beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Crème Fraîche
  • 1 packet Yeast , dry
  • 500 gramm Flour
  • 100 gramm Sugar
  • 10 gram Salt
  • 75 gramm Butter
  • 1 packet Vanille Zucker

Instrucciones

  1. MIx dry ingredients
  2. Mix the rest of ingredients and add to the flour
  3. Work into a soft dough
  4. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours until doubled in size
  5. Form the bread an put into pan
  6. Le rise again and bake at 180 degrees
