Ingredientes
- 1 cup Sourdough starter active
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg , beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 packet Vanille Zucker
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon , Optional
Instrucciones
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, and milk until you have a smooth batter.
- Stir in the beaten egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form; then flip.
- Cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
